Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 to 7 business days and in some cases can take up to 14 days depending on the season.

All deliveries use standard shipping that are delivered on monday - saturday, excluding holidays.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help as long as it's within our power to do so.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return. No refunds will be made for items shipped correctly according to what the customer has selected. Refunds will only be made when Expres To Go 123 has made a shipping error. All items are photographed at the time the order is processed. We will notify you immediately of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. .
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Transportation costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
